What “Fair Use” Means
Fair Use means using our services in a way that:
- Is reasonable and expected under your plan.
- Doesn’t significantly affect the performance or experience of other customers.
- Sticks within usage thresholds set per service.
- Does not breach other parts of our acceptable use or terms of service.
We aim to allow flexibility while ensuring the network remains healthy and fair for all.

When We May Take Action
We may apply temporary or ongoing measures if your usage:
- Exceeds defined limits (e.g. excessive bandwidth use, CPU, disk I/O)
- Causes degraded performance for others
- Poses risks to infrastructure (e.g. DDoS, malware, resource-intensive scripts)
- Misuses features (e.g. unlimited on paper, but used in a way beyond reasonable scope)
Before doing so, we’ll try to contact you, explain the issue, and request remedial action.
